Disappointed with sock quality

I bought a pack of socks based on a social media ad promising a 1000-day guarantee. However, the last pair only lasted until day 220. The warranty on their website states only 200 days, which is significantly less than advertised. The socks do not hold up, and the warranty is essentially non-existent. Meanwhile, I purchased competitor socks with a lifetime warranty, and they are performing excellently. I'm quite disappointed with this service.

Warranty misrepresentation

I purchased a pack of socks based on an ad claiming a 1000-day guarantee. The last pair only lasted 220 days. Upon checking the warranty details, I found it was actually for 200 days, which is far less than advertised. The socks do not last, and the warranty is virtually nonexistent. I bought a competitor's socks with a lifetime warranty the same week, and they are performing well. Disappointed with this service.

Order placed on December 5th

I placed my order on December 5th, 15 days ago, and have yet to receive any shipping notification, despite the company's claim of shipping within 24-48 hours. I attempted to call and email multiple times, but received no response, only a generic automated reply. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication, especially since it was a Christmas gift. I canceled my order because it still hasn’t left the warehouse!

Delivery was excessively delayed and fit was poor

The delivery took two months, which is completely unacceptable. The socks are so tight they cramp my feet, although the length was correct.

Misleading shipping information

This company is completely misleading. My order was promised to arrive in 2–4 business days, but it took nearly THREE WEEKS. There were no proactive updates or accountability. If they need that long, they should be honest about it instead of luring customers with false shipping times. I would never have ordered if I knew the truth. This has been a waste of time and money, and I will not order again. If you value reliability, look elsewhere.

No tracking received

I ordered socks and never received a tracking number. I emailed and was told they had a high volume of orders. After waiting over a week with no updates, I canceled my order. I only received a response after checking their website. Now, I’m waiting for a refund, which they claim will take 4 to 5 business days. It seems they are more interested in holding onto my money.

Terrible experience

This has been a terrible experience. They charged me for my order, and after a long wait, I learned that the charge was just to reserve the product without any timeline for when I would receive it. You will be a priority, they said. For socks?
