I’ve given this company five stars for their excellent customer care. The representative replies promptly, and my satisfaction felt valued. My daughter loves the ring I bought for her, and we both appreciate its meaningful message. There was a delay in shipping, but the updates I received were exceptional. This is real customer care!
The company provided excellent customer service when the courier company did not deliver the jewellery I ordered. The communication I received was clear and written by a human... Another item was immediately dispatched and this time arrived. Yes the jewellery is delicate but it is beautiful. (Willow ring).
I purchased a ring to give to my daughter for Christmas. She had it on for less than 45 minutes, and removed it to help me do the dishes on Christmas Eve. The minute she went to take it off, the stone flew out of the setting, and we spent 20 minutes looking for it, before we finally found it underneath my oven.I don’t understand how a company can manufacture such a shoddy product that is so poorly put-together and so flimsy. The ring wasn’t cheap, but the product that they shipped me definitely is. They also misrepresented themselves as being located in the United States, when this company actually ships from China… That pretty much tells you all you need to know!
