This company has appeared to me to be a scam.I did the online will and was able to see it as I went along.Once I paid the $99I no longer could pull up the will To Print to take somewhere to get notarized.I have emailed several times over the last two weeks with no response.I have tried calling two different phone numbers that I found after searching on the web. Beware.Update:::After receiving an email acknowledging that it was an oversight on their part as far as acknowledging the emails I sent,I did receive assistance troubleshooting. It did take 4 more email exchanges and them doing a “reset” in order to get it to download properly so I could print it. I also was provided with a completely different phone number for customer service that worked other than the 2 that were found online to be inoperative phone numbers.
