Regret not checking reviews beforehand.

I regret not reading the reviews earlier. My daughter asked for a jacket for Christmas, and I found this one on social media. When I opened it this morning, I was disappointed. It felt like a total scam. The quality is terrible—no pockets, missing studs, and made from the cheapest material you can imagine. My daughter felt embarrassed, but we managed to laugh about it. This is a prime example of poor quality. I'm donating it to charity and disputing the charge with the credit card company due to misleading advertising.

Terrible experience with this company

I informed the company that my boots were the wrong size. Instead of helping, they accused me of using them and demanded over 40 Euros for the return, which I had to pay. When I requested a refund based on my consumer rights, they refused. This is a terrible company to deal with; they shouldn't be allowed to treat customers this way. I paid, but they went back on their word. A very disappointing experience.

A total scam

I wish I had checked the reviews first. My daughter asked for a Yellowstone jacket for Christmas, and I found one on social media. When I opened it, I was shocked. It's poorly made, lacks pockets, and the material is incredibly cheap. My daughter felt embarrassed, but we ended up laughing about it. This is clearly low-quality merchandise. It's going to charity, and I've raised a dispute with the credit card company over misleading advertising.

Disappointing coat for my son

I ordered a Yellowstone winter jacket for my son for £60, as he enjoys the show and needed a new winter coat. When it arrived, it was completely different: much darker in color, extremely thin fabric, and very poor quality. I emailed the company to return it for a refund, but they only offered 15% back. I honestly feel scammed. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID this company. I ordered a coat for my husband, and it arrived yesterday; it's terrible. It's not a proper coat—very thin and poorly made. When I contacted them for a refund, they said I had to pay 30 Euros to return it to China, and it might get lost in transit. They offered a 15% refund if I kept it, which I would only use as a cleaning cloth! Complete scammers. I'm reaching out to the ombudsman.

I feel scammed!

I ordered a Yellowstone jacket over ten weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived! I've emailed multiple times, but all I receive are excuses for the delay. My requests for a refund are completely ignored. In short, I've been deceived! Avoid this company; they're clearly untrustworthy.

Update on my order

Update: This company couldn't fulfill my order and sent a cheap, inferior jacket from China instead. They tried to brush me off for weeks, offering 10% then 20% refunds. They eventually proposed a 75% refund, which they failed to send due to technical issues. Don't engage with them at all; I work for trading standards and strongly advise against it.

Misleading photos

The honest review is that the photos of the shoes were completely misleading. The quality and color of the shoes do not match what was advertised. They arrived much later than promised, and the tracking system was useless. The sizing was incorrect, and the quality was far from what I expected. After all this, I was offered 15% off my next order if I kept them, disregarding my complaint about returning them! The entire process has been frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. To return them, I would have to pay €40—what a joke!

Poor quality product

Misleading experience

Extremely misleading. I ordered an item online, but what arrived was not what I expected. The color was wrong, and the quality was very poor. The company refused to refund me after I requested to return it, claiming that the return cost would exceed the item's value. Avoid this company.
