My initial call was amazing with the team, super supportive and ensured weekly coaching calls, a community group and able to contact/speak with my coach with any questions I had.Sounded amazing to be, so I signed up for the 9-month package.My meal plan and training plan was sent within a couple of days, which I thought was great!However, there was no set up call, no advise on where to start, my questions went unanswered, so I decided for the money, this was not worth it, as this wasn't online coaching, it was a meal plan and workout plan, with no support.I reached out and asked to cancel my membership. This was over 3 months ago. I am still chasing my cancellation, no one gets back to you, the money is still being attempted to take out of my bank account every week and all in all, it's an appalling service.I love Siobhan's social media and I had really high hopes, this has not worked out and it's really bad customer service that after many emails and texts, no one is responding and money is still trying to be taken out of my account.I have seen other members with the same issue.
