My initial enquiry and chat were excellent — I felt genuinely heard and believed the program would be a great fit. I chose 20 January as my start date to give myself time to align my life and commitments.
However, before the program began, I decided not to proceed and attempted to cancel prior to the start date. I have tried to make contact via text messages, multiple emails, and phone calls, but have received no response since the initial phone call.
I have not downloaded the app, not completed any forms, and have followed the cancellation process exactly as outlined in Wilson’s Coaching Terms and Conditions.
The lack of communication is highly concerning. I can only hope that the level of support improves significantly once people are actively using the app, as this experience has been disappointing.
I still haven't received notification of my subscription being cancelled, so I have had to take matters into my own hands.
This so far has been a great experience. The meal plans are tailored to what I like and don’t like and changed periodically, the workout plans are changed periodically, and it’s okay if I don’t have a great week, no one is going to scream at me. I appreciate the push that we get from the training team, while they also are understanding when life comes up.
Experience has been really good, I think this was honestly the best thing Ive done for myself. Meal plans are really good and tasty. The workouts are good, they’ll adjust as you go along. I’ve been doing this about 2 months now and I’ve seen good progress and really great feedback. It’s real and it works

Absolutely love Siobhan as my coach - love the meal plans and workouts. She is very responsive, answers questions and I like the structure of the weekly check in as well as the way the meals and workouts are tracked. I'm only a few months into my journey and I already feel better in my body and am excited to see where things go! Would highly recommend!
Great remote coach. I’d been working out for over a year on my own and wanted someone to help me get to the next level. Wilson coaching provides workouts, a clear meal plan, and a responsive team to answer questions. Then once a week check ins force me to measure my progress in ways I normally wouldn’t. It takes about a week to get your profile setup, which feels like a while when you’ve already paid for the service, but it will happen!
