Unfortunately I signed up straight away from the first call, and within a week I realised it wasn’t going to work for me and that the community promised was not there - in their words ‘not many people use it right now’ where as on my call it was sold as an active group.I also noted my diet as pescatarian, my first meal plan had 5/15 dishes using tuna, I had to ask for it to be revised due to the high mercury content + a lot of one food, which was done promptly. After this, and the community being non-existent I asked for a partial refund within the first week (I received 1 PDF workout plan and the revised meal plan), so did not expect a full refund. It was denied so I am £170 down for very little. Replies are generally late in the evenings, and I had to repeat some questions. I was so hopeful seeing the great advice on IG and the reviews. I would not say that I would avoid this programme but I would say find out 100% if it will meet your expectations. I still think Siobhan’s content is great, but sadly this didn’t work out for me. The meal plan was quick and easy and I could see value in it - once revised it hit the brief. The workout plan was clear too. I wish I hadn’t of jumped in to sign up and lost my money, if you don’t need as much support as I do I think it could be fab.
