My initial enquiry and chat were excellent — I felt genuinely heard and believed the program would be a great fit. I chose 20 January as my start date to give myself time to align my life and commitments.
However, before the program began, I decided not to proceed and attempted to cancel prior to the start date. I have tried to make contact via text messages, multiple emails, and phone calls, but have received no response since the initial phone call.
I have not downloaded the app, not completed any forms, and have followed the cancellation process exactly as outlined in Wilson’s Coaching Terms and Conditions.
The lack of communication is highly concerning. I can only hope that the level of support improves significantly once people are actively using the app, as this experience has been disappointing.
I still haven't received notification of my subscription being cancelled, so I have had to take matters into my own hands.
