I placed an order with this service on December 15th, but I have yet to receive a dispatch email. I've reached out to them twice via their website and sent an email, but I haven't received any response, not even an acknowledgment of my inquiries. I even commented on their social media post to draw attention to my complaint. According to my payment app, the order hasn't been dispatched. Today is January 12th, and I am very dissatisfied.
