I placed an order with this service on December 15th, but I have yet to receive a dispatch email. I've reached out to them twice via their website and sent an email, but I haven't received any response, not even an acknowledgment of my inquiries. I even commented on their social media post to draw attention to my complaint. According to my payment app, the order hasn't been dispatched. Today is January 12th, and I am very dissatisfied.
This is the ultimate laundry liquid and conditioner I've ever tried. The new Santal scent has quickly become my favorite. It genuinely brings me joy whenever I catch a whiff. Please don't ever discontinue this; if you do, let me know so I can stock up and ensure I never run out.
This is my preferred laundry liquid. It cleans effectively, smells wonderful, and leaves clothes and bedding scented for a long time. I've received compliments on the delightful fragrance. While it may not be the cheapest, it lasts a long time. Lavender is my favorite scent. Great service, eco-friendly packaging, prompt delivery, and easy to pour from the large containers. Highly recommended.

I adore the cedarwood fragrance, but I've noticed it doesn’t hold up during the drying process, especially in the tumble dryer. I contacted the support team about this and was told there was no issue with the product. However, further research indicated that using a dryer can cause the oils to evaporate. It would have been better to have that information upfront rather than implying there was no problem. The product is pricey, and while I love the scent, it loses its appeal if it fades after drying. The main purpose of a high-quality, fragrant fabric conditioner should be to keep laundry smelling fresh.
