An big improvement from my last delivery via Dobbies.The two gents were unable to phone me to advise they were on the way but I did have a time slot provided by email and a reminder email of the date and time. They delivered at the early part of my time slot, were very helpful, went out of their way to deliver to a chosen spot in my back garden. Thank you .
