I was very pleased with the service provided by the delivery team who brought my items. They handled my heavy goods and took them upstairs to my chosen room. They even called 40 minutes prior to their arrival with an estimated time, and both were very friendly. Thank you for your help; you made my day.
This is my second disappointing experience with the delivery service. They showed up but claimed their vehicle was 'too big' to access my house. Be ready for them to potentially not deliver or collect the first time. They seem to look for excuses regarding the location or conditions, and it's frustrating. I can't understand how they remain in business; they truly don't deserve it. I'll be cautious in the future to check who the delivery company is before making a purchase.
The service was efficient and punctual, arriving as promised. I appreciated the clear communication, including the option to discuss my delivery via a messaging app. The delivery team was courteous and quick. I would definitely recommend them.
This company has been a complete letdown. Our sofa was supposed to be delivered on two occasions, and both times they failed to even try. Customer service provided nothing but excuses about their navigation system. They promised to call to confirm delivery before the holidays, but that call never came. When we reached out, we were told they wouldn't be in our area until later. Simply put: avoid this company. Their incompetence has caused me to miss work unnecessarily, and I'm now considering legal action. If I could rate them, it would be -10 stars. They should be shut down.
They didn't even try to deliver my sofa. The negative attitude of the delivery team ruined our holiday, as they were caught off guard by a hill and the size of my home. They also lied about being able to deliver the next day in a smaller vehicle, which never happened.
