I have placed orders on two separate occasions with this company, and both items arrived late. The first was a hummingbird feeder intended as a Christmas gift, which arrived in February with no communication from the company, despite being ordered in November. The second item, a witch for Halloween ordered in July, arrived two days after the holiday. Their customer service is terrible, and I now discard their catalog without opening it.
