If you promise a replacement, ensure it's sent on time and is of acceptable quality. The principle should be to under-promise and over-deliver, not the opposite.

I've called customer service four times seeking clarity and just want a refund at this point. They claim they can't refund the damaged item since it was delivered weeks after ordering. I strongly advise against spending money with them.
