I placed an order in March that was supposed to arrive by mid-May. Now it's the end of June, and the customer service is just a recorded message telling me to be patient before hanging up. I've tried every available communication method with no response. It's unfortunate because I would have loved some of their products, but I can't deal with this company anymore!
