The service provided was absolutely terrible. I will never order from this company again, and if my mother requests a gift from them, I’ll have to refuse. I ordered three items as gifts, all listed as 'in stock online'. One item was delivered on time, while another arrived three weeks late and damaged. The third item has still not shipped after three months and was marked as 'delivered'. I never received notification about its cancellation or stock status. I've called customer service four times seeking clarity and just want a refund at this point. They claim they can't refund the damaged item since it was delivered weeks after ordering. I strongly advise against spending money with them.
