Customer service is TERRIBLE. Received an incorrect item in an order and got through to the company after being on hold 15 minutes. Was told a return label would be sent to me via e-mail in the next 2 days. 4 days later I had not received the label so I attempted to call again. After being on hold twice for 20 minutes & then next for 15 minutes, I finally got through. The person I spoke with (Chris) told me that the wait time was only 10 minutes & then went on to tell me they were working on my label & I should receive it in the next few days. In the meantime, they have the money for the item I did order ( which costs twice as much as the item they sent). No apologies given - service rep was RUDE!
