Steer clear of this company! Their sales team is highly misleading, and this has been the worst experience imaginable. We had our windows installed in early October 2025, and they completely misrepresented the product. I genuinely dislike these windows! In fact, 'dislike' doesn't even begin to convey my frustration. We are dealing with numerous issues, such as paint bubbling off since installation and an incorrect window color; we opted for dark grey, but the frames appear patchy with white showing. The new patio door doesn't lock properly, and the screen fell off immediately. The quality feels so poor that I'm concerned it will break just by touching it. Whenever we open the windows, it looks ridiculous from the outside, like a bad joke! I would prefer my old, 40-year-old windows over this nightmare. The customer service has been incredibly stressful; they seem indifferent and only focused on getting paid. We've had to chase them repeatedly, and they continue to dismiss our concerns. It’s been months of frustration with no attempt to resolve anything. The technician who finally came to assess the issues simply suggested we 'don’t open our windows'! It’s disheartening that they believe they can evade responsibility. No one has reached out to discuss a resolution. Please, do not choose this company. If you encounter any issues, you cannot rely on their support. It’s better to find a company that will actually stand by their product. They are nothing but bullies! Today's separate issue involves our new windows leaking! During freezing rain, we discovered a puddle inside the frame—what a disaster! This never happened with my old windows. It's only been two months since installation, and it's heartbreaking to witness such poor quality and how they exploit people.
