Avoid this company at all costs!

Steer clear of this company! Their sales team is incredibly misleading, and this has been the worst experience ever. We had our windows installed at the beginning of October 2025, and they completely misrepresented the product. I truly dislike these windows! In fact, 'dislike' doesn't even capture my frustration. We're facing multiple issues, such as paint bubbling off right from the installation date and an incorrect window color; we chose a dark grey, but the frames look patchy with white showing through. The new patio door doesn't lock properly, and the screen came off immediately. The quality feels so poor that I'm afraid it will break just by touching it. Whenever we open the windows, it looks ridiculous from the outside, like a bad joke! I would rather have my old, 40-year-old windows back than deal with this nightmare. The customer service has been a source of immense stress; they seem indifferent and only interested in getting paid. We've had to chase them repeatedly, and they continue to dismiss our concerns. It’s been months of frustration with no attempt to resolve anything. The technician who finally came to assess the issues simply suggested we 'don't open our windows'! It's disheartening that they believe they can escape responsibility. No one has reached out to discuss a resolution. Please, do not choose this company. If you encounter any issues, you cannot rely on their support. It’s better to find a company that will actually stand by their product. They are nothing but bullies! As for today's separate issue, our new windows are leaking! During freezing rain, we found a puddle inside the frame—what a disaster! This never happened with my old windows. It's only been two months since installation, and it's heartbreaking to see such poor quality and how they take advantage of people.

If you want to be taken advantage of

If you want to be taken advantage of, choose this company. Their windows are of extremely low quality. The handles break easily, and one of the glass panes cracked, yet they refuse to cover it under warranty. The windows don’t close properly. They seem to be a reseller of some sort. Stay away!

Contracts mean nothing to them

I negotiated a price for a front door with side windows and a plain back door. After multiple discussions with the sales representative, we reached an agreement and signed a contract, including a down payment. A few days later, I was informed that they would not honor the contract due to an inability to supply the product at the agreed price and would not cover the $2,000 increase to honor it. They chose to walk away from the agreement! I cannot recommend them as I would not trust them to deliver the services or products as stated. We are now forced to start over with another company, which is time-consuming, but I suppose that is not a concern for them.

Worst customer service ever!

I hired a company for a $16,400 window installation, and the experience has been a nightmare. The wrong windows were delivered for my basement bedrooms, yet I was pressured to make full payment before the mistake was corrected. Despite clear instructions about the windows needing to extend for future siding, they were installed incorrectly. Communication was consistently directed to my boyfriend and father—neither of whom live with me—rather than to me, the homeowner. When the installation issues arose, I faced hostility and was told the company wouldn’t honor the 25-year warranty that was a major reason for my choice. I’ve tried everything—messages, letters to the owner, reviews—to get this resolved. Eventually, I was blocked. Recently, they contacted me claiming they wanted to 'make it right,' but they’ve avoided all responsibility. Most recently, I visited their showroom during posted hours only to find it closed. When I called, I was told to return during regular hours, even though it was well within those hours. This is the worst company for customer service I have ever encountered. They do not stand by their commitments, warranties, or customers.

Excellent service and quality of work. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience. Yes, there were delays, but that’s typical for home renovations. I appreciated the assistance when selecting the right type of windows. The installers were polite, efficient, and detail-oriented. The windows look amazing and should last for many years. Thank you!

Frustrating experience with poor communication

In summary—repeated delays, unanswered emails, broken promises, and refusal to take responsibility have made this an incredibly frustrating experience. We chose a company to replace the windows in our new home after a friend’s recommendation. The sales process and initial measurements were smooth, and both the sales rep and installer assured us the windows would be installed soon after we moved in, within the 6–8 week delivery window in our contract. We explained that timing was crucial as we wanted the work done before moving in, and both confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. After final measurements, the installer instructed us to call the office to book an installation date. However, the office said they couldn’t schedule anything until production was complete and provided no estimate for when that would happen. Over the next two months, we sent multiple emails (all received automated confirmations promising a reply within two business days) and made numerous phone calls. Each time, we were told a 'ticket' was open, but there were no updates, and we would receive a call back within 48 hours. No one ever called back. Our closing date came and went, we moved in, and we were well past the 8-week mark with no installation date. Eventually, the sales rep admitted that production hadn’t even started because someone at the office was waiting for clarification on a 'minor detail' for a couple of windows, a detail no one ever contacted us about. He apologized and said he would 'make it up to us.' Weeks later, we got a call saying new measurements were needed, only to be told afterward that it was a mistake. Soon after, we finally received an automated email indicating that production had begun, nearly a month after the windows were supposed to be installed. At that point, we requested to cancel and have our deposit returned. Those requests were ignored, and instead, we were told we were 'at the top of the queue' for installation in early September. When that date passed without communication, we again asked to cancel. We then sent a formal written notice under the Consumer Protection Act, which confirmed the company is in violation of the Act. Despite acknowledging receipt of our letter and calls, they have not responded.

Professional installation team

The installation team was professional and efficient; they installed three windows and a door quickly. They also cleaned up very well afterward, and we love the new installations.

Great consultation experience

Today, we had a visit from a representative to get a quote for replacement windows and doors. The representative was excellent at listening to our preferences and explaining the differences, pros, and cons of various window styles. There was no pressure or hard sell. We made it clear that we were getting quotes to educate ourselves before making a decision. We haven’t received the quote yet, but if it is competitive, we will definitely consider them for our business. The representative earned our respect through his approach, so even if his quote is higher, he has earned a chance to improve it.
