I hired a company for a $16,400 window installation, and the experience has been a nightmare. The wrong windows were delivered for my basement bedrooms, yet I was pressured to make full payment before the mistake was corrected. Despite clear instructions about the windows needing to extend for future siding, they were installed incorrectly. Communication was consistently directed to my boyfriend and father—neither of whom live with me—rather than to me, the homeowner. When the installation issues arose, I faced hostility and was told the company wouldn’t honor the 25-year warranty that was a major reason for my choice. I’ve tried everything—messages, letters to the owner, reviews—to get this resolved. Eventually, I was blocked. Recently, they contacted me claiming they wanted to 'make it right,' but they’ve avoided all responsibility. Most recently, I visited their showroom during posted hours only to find it closed. When I called, I was told to return during regular hours, even though it was well within those hours. This is the worst company for customer service I have ever encountered. They do not stand by their commitments, warranties, or customers.
