I had a pretty good experience with their windows (so far) but different experience with the European door. The cord broke (and was told the screen, as well) due to, I guess, the weather condition in Ontario. (Update: I was told it may be due to animal scratching (eg. squirrels) as the hole was at the bottom). I honestly do not know if the screen are just bad quality or not.The cord was under warranty but not the screen so i need to pay out of pocket even if installation was on Nov 2023 (less than 2 years).But in fairness, their customer service is very respectful and timely in responding.If you are deciding which door to purchase, do NOT choose the European door even if i was assured by the sales person of the great quality. I guess the door is great but not the screen.I am still in the midst of deciding whether to have the screen fixed or not as it may be a recurring issue due the weather in Ontario are the same year to year.
