I am so sorry that I made this choice without looking at the reviews.Especially with the installer now seeing that someone else's windows are already destroyed by poor manufacturing ,no warranty. The staff are exceptionally condescending. They've lied boldly. Made false promises and hold a knife to your throat called the contract. Everyone needs to expose this company due to the people running it. From sales people lying, The installer cutting corners, customer service being nasty at me for their own personal affairs and their own mistakes. Then they yell at you when you ask them for your information call me rude because they don't understand their own question.Once the front door gets installed I won't have any hardware to close the door no handle dead bolt keys .... because they said that they don't supply that. well we’re almost ready to go with the install and I will have no Locking Hardware Thank you for your severe Lack of concern and I asked for a lock and handle for my sliding door with keys that was supposed to be included, won't be getting that either. Now do I trust them for anything I’ll to ask another company if the windows are triple pane shatter proof, hopefully that won’t be a lie. I also saw nothing for a warrantyDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it’s a Cash Grab business
