I purchased a home that had installed windows from Window World. The warranty was transferred to me. I thought great. BUT getting them to actually do warranty work is another thing. I contacted them June 2023 regarding windows that do not fit properly and have gaps where you can see daylight thru, and was told in an email by the owner that "There is not a trip charge on that, but you will have to wait until we have a crew or sales rep headed that way to do other appointments." So in the mean time I have windows that do not function properly. I contacted a local contractor that inspected the windows and said they were not installed correctly and did not use shims to have a proper fit. Have no idea how long of a wait I will have. With that way the windows are and are installed I highly doubt if anyone in the area is jumping at a chance to have this company install windows for them.
