I had a great experience from start to finish, I have read other reviews that seem like a nightmare, I live in Cleveland, TN my salesman was Josh the Manager is Brian Palmer and my installers were Mike & Zak, every one was professional, courteous, thorough, they communicated well and Mike & Zak were seasoned veterans, you could tell they do this every day, they did have to come back the 2nd day to finish but I did not want a rush job I am SUPER SATISFIED with my experience with Window World and it all started back in 2020 when Brian Palmer was a sales associate and now the general manager, The pricing was very fair and honestly thousands less than all others, I got a deal, but I did not rush this was a 3 year decision made with great thought and care.
