My rear window smashed on the Monday and I called up Windscreen Replacement Services Stourbridge who quoted me for a new window. On Thursday, they arrived to replace the window which was ok however, it was not until it rained that I realised they had placed my wiper on upside down and scratched the back and badge on my car. Due to the excessive rain, I had to take my car to a garage near my house and pay out more money to fix the wiper and also found out that the brake light was not wired back in so I had to pay for that too. The fitters did not bring any cleaning equipment so I had to clear up the smashed glass on the ground outside my works and also take my car for a valet as the glass was sat in my boot. The smashed glass was also in the plastic casing in my boot so the garage also took this off to remove the shards of glass left in the car.A very hit a miss company as they do arrive within the time frame on the date scheduled but their overall care and attention to detail is not great and cost me an additional £95 to rectify issues that I was left with.
