The most appalling and unhelpful company and don’t know how they can say they are a 5 Star service. I booked a repair and confirmed for 4 th July, they then cancelled this at very short notice and could not then do it to the 23rd July as I lived in a remote area (20 miles outside Edinburgh). It took several phone calls which they would say they would have to call back and never did, till I gave up and cancelled the service- Appalling level of service.
