This service caused damage to my vehicle in mid-October, leaving a scratched dashboard and paint issues around the external frame of the windscreen, along with an unsecured rubber causing a window leak. After a month, they finally came to assess the damage and assured me it would be fixed, but now they have ceased communication, and I cannot reach anyone. All their visits are recorded on my security cameras. I am now taking legal action.
