In mid-October, my vehicle was damaged by this service, resulting in a scratched dashboard and paint issues around the external frame of the windscreen. The rubber is not secure, causing a window leak. They finally came to inspect the damage after a month and promised repairs, but I have been unable to reach anyone since. All their visits are documented on my security cameras, and I am now pursuing legal action.

The side window stopped functioning properly. They responded quickly and arrived the next day with replacement parts. After working on the vehicle and consulting with others, they determined another part was needed. I was told they would return the next day with it, but after five days of me calling for updates, they finally returned on the sixth day, reinstalled the previously installed parts, and then informed me that it wasn't repairable, suggesting a new door instead. Now, I am left significantly out of pocket and still without a working window!
