I've shared detailed logs indicating the issue lies with the service provider, affecting multiple homes in the area. The support team seems more focused on closing tickets than on actually resolving problems. I'm forced to use a mobile hotspot for work due to the instability of the connection. If I could rate this service zero stars, I would. Strongly not recommended.
