I came to Italy for two months and wanted to have unlimited internet access to save money and have faster internet. I went to Windtre and paid €65 for two months. When I started using my new card, I immediately noticed that the internet quality was very poor, and I couldn't even connect to the internet in Italy itself. I need to work on my computer and use social networks, but this is impossible due to the very poor internet connection! And I couldn't even connect to the telecommunications representative's app! As a result, my plan discount for the next month was not activated, so I had to go to the Windtre store to sort it out and pay the "minimum" top-up amount again, which was €6... When I told the salespeople that your connection was very poor, I was told, "Maybe you're not in the coverage area"... Keep in mind that I lived near the center of Rome one month and further away the next, but the situation did not change. And when I went to towns like Civitella San Paolo, there was no connection at all! I used my Lithuanian card (as I always do when Italian telecommunications providers disappoint me).If I had known that the internet and connection were so poor, I definitely wouldn't have signed up for a plan and paid €71 in total! I would have been better off upgrading my plan from Lithuania, and I guarantee I wouldn't have been disappointed. So, I really don't recommend Windtre's services. I suggest looking for another telecommunications provider or upgrading your existing plans from your own country. I feel ashamed of myself.To top it all off, when it came time to pay for the additional account top-up, the payment terminal connection in their own store malfunctioned.I wish Windtre would improve the quality of its services so that people using your services don't feel cheated when paying for services that are not provided properly.
