I used to love Wind 3. It has become a totally unsatisfying company, I have had no valid Internet in a month, and can't make phone calls in Europe which are part of my contract. The customer service promises but makes more mess than before. What has happened to Wind? I never thought I would have to go back to Vodafone or Tim but sadly, that is what I am going to do
