I paid extra for a basket to arrive on January 9th for my sister’s birthday, but received an email late on the 8th saying it was rescheduled to a later date. This date was originally within the free delivery timeframe I expected. I was traveling on the 9th, and when I called customer service, I found out they were closed for the weekend. I have two emails: one confirming the January 9th date I paid extra for and another from the 8th changing it without consulting me. I'm extremely disappointed and angry that this service ruined my sister’s 75th birthday and made me feel cheated.
