I paid extra for a basket to be delivered on January 9th for my sister’s birthday, but received an email late on the 8th saying it was rescheduled to a later date. This date was originally within the free delivery timeframe when I placed the order. I was traveling on the 9th, and when I tried to contact customer service, they were closed for the weekend. I have two emails: one confirming the January 9th delivery date I paid extra for and another from the 8th changing it without my consent. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that this service ruined my sister’s 75th birthday and left me feeling cheated.

We received two gift baskets this year. They were made of cardboard and plastic packaging, filled with sample-sized treats that were poorly made. The snacks included wafer cookies and gummy candies, which we ended up throwing away. The so-called "reusable basket" was flimsy. We don't want to seem ungrateful, but I’m unhappy that my friends were misled into giving this as a gift. The reviews online may be high, but I won't trust them again.
This is the second year my sister has sent a basket to our family, and I had to tell her that it’s a waste of money. While the presentation is lovely, the snacks are bland and unappetizing. Each family member tried something and ended up tossing it. I wonder if those who assemble these baskets even taste the items.
This service does not honor their promised delivery dates for their overpriced products. I requested a specific delivery date, but when they failed to meet it, they changed the date in their system and claimed that was my original request. Unfortunately, my receipt had the original date. When I raised this issue, they did nothing.
For a $500 gift basket, this was a huge disappointment. The initial presentation is impressive, but once you look inside, it’s mostly cardboard filler and small snacks. The wines included are of low quality, with several retailing for under $10. With a name like 'Wine Country,' you would expect better. This seems to be a company focused on high profits and low quality, assuming buyers are sending something premium. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them again.
Don't bother; while they look nice, you pay significantly more for what you receive. To make matters worse, they flood your inbox with emails daily and send catalogs frequently. A company offering quality products doesn’t need to bombard customers like this.
I was very satisfied with the overall customer experience. They assured me of 100% customer satisfaction, even though the issue was my mistake. They fulfilled their promises, and I ended up increasing my order due to the excellent service. I highly recommend them.
