If I could give zero stars I would. As poor an experience as you’d ever get. Poor product, worse communication and zero customer care or support. We ordered a replacement wine cooler, for one that crapped out after just 5 years. After 5 weeks, all I had was a charge on my card. Nothing else. A series of emails, offering credits for inconvenience, expediting the delivery and other promises only lead to - nothing. Promises made and not delivered on, seems to be the company motto. Spend a little more and get a better product and a company that gives a damn. Wine Enthusiast- clearly doesn’t.
