4 months to complete an order for a counter top cork puller. The bracket is defective (bent) and after sending pictures 2X they still don't respond after 4 emails over 19 days. Destiny is not your friend and is incompetent. She could not find my complaint number. I don't write reviews but had to speak up because the service and product are horrible.
