Poor quality product along with terrible customer service. I made several attempts by phone and email to reach customer service Received rote responses.The compressor failed on the wine cooler. A replacement was provided through an Amazon request. The replacement compressor broke, but never able to reach anyone. I see others have also had similar complaints. I expect they won't be in business much longer. My success story; Amazon stepped up, removed the original charge from the account and I was able to order a new cooler from another company at no charge.
