I've been ordering from Wine Insiders for a while nowMy last order was handled absolutely horribly. I placed the order on July 9th. The package was damaged in shipment. I called to get a clarification about the process of correcting the situation. I was told that the order was being processed again. Several days later I still had not received any communication that the wine had been reshipped. I sent several emails, getting a runaround each time. I was told that they couldn't resend the package until they had confirmation that FedEx had shipped the damaged order back to Wine Insiders. I had purchased the package protection. The order should have been reprocessed immediately. It's been 14 days since my initial order. I had received no notification from Wine Insiders until I called them on July 23rd. I was told that the order had been repackaged and would be resent within the next couple of days.I'm going to have to think about whether I will order wine from them again.
