I sent this wine as a birthday gift to my step-mom. Later that day I get a text message from her informing me that she had moved 2 months ago. I panicked then quicklycalled the Wine insiders customer service number. I did not have the order number but the 5 star customer service guy you d my order and was able to quickly change the shipping address and hewas so friendly and nice. I cannot rate the wine itself since it was a gift sent to a different State but Wine inside customer service is 5 star all the way.
Wine Insiders Rep was knowledgeable and immediately helpful in changing the wine delivery from my home to a Walgreens (sitting around waiting for FEDEX is quite a bother).Wines are good and inexpensive - have been a customer for over 10 years!
