I'm giving a 1-star review because we did make a reservation. Don't rely on them to deliver. Our guide canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, claiming no rentals were available, which was not true. It was a huge disappointment to plan our trip for months only to encounter a service that decided last minute it wasn't convenient. They offered no backup solution and thought they did us a favor by refunding our fee. Do not engage with them; seek alternatives.
