The Airport transfers to and from the hotels were messed up. Our driver from the Dublin airport only had an Abbey Tours logo but we were never given info that the name here was Abbey Tours. Driver did not have our names only the hotel info. After about 1/2 hour, He was the only driver left waiting so we eventually made the connection because we both had the same hotel name. Now on the way home, turns out they never arranged an airport transfer even though we provided our Aer Lingus flights ( for some independent travel ) until end of April. I will be asking for a refund of our cab fare once we get home!
