I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my wife's experience after I booked her a flight with an airline while she was pregnant. Her flight was delayed by about an hour. Once home, she had to wait for her two checked bags and one carry-on, which were taken from her before boarding. She waited at least five hours and only received one bag, being told the others would be available later. When she followed up, she found one bag opened and wrapped in tape, but her carry-on was missing. I hope there’s a way to recover it, as it contained her clothes. The support team seemed concerned, but the treatment she received was unacceptable. I can't recommend this airline until they improve their customer service.
