I am very dissatisfied with this service. They cancelled my ticket right after booking and promised a refund within 72 hours, but it has been over a week with no updates. There’s no live chat, just an ineffective bot directing me to call an expensive number. Even then, no one answers. Emails go unanswered too. They charged me more than the displayed price during booking. My flight is approaching, and I'm worried about rising ticket prices. This service is hard to reach and unhelpful. I would advise against using them.
