I attempted to get in touch with the service via email, but it's been 4-5 days with no adequate response. The live support team fails to address my concerns effectively. While the service claims my trip is valid, the airline states otherwise. Additionally, they mentioned a penalty fee for a refund, even though I did not cancel my trip. The support provided is inadequate, and when I inquire through live chat, they disconnect the conversation. This has been the worst experience!
