I was unsatisfied with this agency in the beginning but later I've changed my mind because they helped me to solve the issue. And I thank them! They could change canceled flight to other available one! Good job!
It would be better for them to make getting contacted easier, maybe they add some WhatsApp number or email address... it would help a lot people because most of the countries have super expensive tariffs on calling abroad
