Flights got cancelled a week before we were due to fly emailed air company and they told me I need to contact the booking agent. I have emailed numerous times no reply and no refund. Not even sure if the flights coming back is still going ahead. A complete mess I would never book through this company again this as made what was meant to be an enjoyable experience very stressful and more expensive than budgeted for .
