Title: Serious issue: Refund not received for over 2 months – no response, unacceptable service
This is a serious complaint regarding Wingie.
A refund of 554.33 USD (Transaction date: January 9, 2026, Transaction number: 3818b5ee6a829b566fb3dcf3f928edc55f8e) was claimed to be processed. However, more than 2 months have passed and I have not received any funds.
I have verified this directly with my bank — there is no record of any incoming refund. This clearly indicates that either the refund was never actually processed or there is a major issue on Wingie’s side.
I have contacted Wingie support multiple times and have received no response whatsoever. Ignoring a customer in a financial matter like this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of this service.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a formal chargeback through my bank and escalate the case further through all available channels.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
Wingie, you are expected to respond and resolve this matter without further delay.
