The booking page creates the illusion that you can secure a flight for a specific day and time, along with the chosen airport and route. Unfortunately, my flight didn't materialize due to aircraft unavailability, which was disappointing given my limited time in Europe. While cancellations can happen, the alternatives offered weren't suitable for my schedule. I received no refund, and the voucher provided was worthless, resulting in a total loss of my money. This type of business practice would likely be deemed illegal in my home country, but apparently not in France. Pursuing legal action wouldn't be worth the amount lost. I can't help but wonder how much profit they make from canceled flights compared to successful ones. As for customer support, it was non-existent; I never received a meaningful response. My suggestion: visit your preferred airport, consult with flight clubs, and you’ll find eager pilots willing to fly you.
