I ordered a gift card for my fiancée. Due to being in a rush during checkout, I forgot to add a personal message. This was my mistake, but it’s a very human and common one.
About one hour after placing the order, I contacted customer support to ask if the message could be added. The response I received was “no, the card is already being processed”, even though not even a couple of hours had passed since the purchase.
After that, I asked about a refund, and again the answer was simply no, with no alternatives or willingness to help.
The support agent who replied to me was Natalia. Unfortunately, she appeared incompetent and completely unwilling to meet the customer halfway. There was no flexibility, no attempt to understand the situation, and no customer-oriented approach at all.
I am giving this system a bad rating, because it does not take the human factor into account at all. People make mistakes, especially when buying gifts in a hurry. The booking page gives the impression you can book a flight on a given day/time, including airport and route. In my case, I only had a few days in Europe to take a flight. Well, guess what, the flight didn't happen because of aircraft availability. OK, can happen, but an alternative wasn't viable for me, considering the time window. No refund, voucher not of any value, money lost.
In Germany that business practice would be straight out illegal, obviously not in France. Filing a legal complaint would exceed the amount lost. I wonder how much money they make through cancelled flights..probably more than with successful bookings. And regarding help desk..forget it, never got any useful response. My advice: visit the airport of your choice, talk to the flight clubs, and you will easily find willing pilots for a flight!
I took two friends on a sightseeing flight over the Malvern hills, and it turned out to be the best day ever. Our pilot was a friendly and knowledgeable guide throughout the entire flight, and he kept us updated on the weather leading up to our trip. Without the platform's assistance, I wouldn't have been able to afford such a memorable experience with my friends. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed dinner at the Airfield restaurant afterwards. I can't recommend this enough; you won't be disappointed!

The pilot was very helpful and well-informed about the area we flew over. He clearly explained the preflight procedures and what to expect in case of an emergency. Throughout the flight, he pointed out interesting sights, making us feel comfortable with his flying.
