**** Edited after their reply, refund only offered if i produce a medical certificate - Also, i'm not complaining about the pilots, Im complaining about the way you have dealt with the whole situation, and how rude you have been. ****. Absolutely awful, so painful to find a date with a pilot, 18 months later and still unable! and when you do it get a date booked, it's cancelled in less than 24hours notice due to lack of paperwork, or plane faulty. when asked for a refund to be told NO! Total disgrace - takes all the joy out of what should have been a fun day out for a birthday present for my father. Customer service is appalling... no service what so ever.
