We've been loyal customers for about 15 years, purchasing multiple vehicles. Recently, we bought a hybrid model based on claims that it could achieve over 90 miles on battery alone, but it only managed about 45-55 miles in practice. The service team confirmed the charging was correct, but our experience didn't match their assurances. When we sought to exchange it for a petrol version, we were told to use the hybrid as petrol only, which we didn't find appropriate. The exchange process felt dismissive of our loyalty, and we ended up with higher monthly payments. We were also warned that a poor review could lead to consequences for the salesman, which is concerning given our experience. Disappointed with the support provided, we won't be returning.
